Segredos da Ria, lda. is a company that specialises in traditional sea salt production. It was founded in 2009 as a continuation of a hundred-year-old family tradition.

Only the traditional manual methods together with the knowledge and experience of our ancestors are used to produce the highest quality final product available.

The company is located in Olhão - Belamandil, at the salt pans of Grelha, in the heart of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Production takes place in Olhão and Castro Marim salt pans.
